Two ways to prepare and submit your application
- We recommend our online application process. This online service lets you complete the form and upload attachments directly from your web browser. The Electronic Application process saves time and mailing costs for organizations, saves paper to be more environmentally friendly, and streamlines data more efficiently.

City Hall accepts hard-copy applications in the following ways:
- By mail
- Hand delivered on normal business days from 9:00am - noon and 2:00 - 4:00 pm.

Important Information, Please Read:
- Applications that are faxed, e-mailed, or received after the
deadline will not be considered and your agency will not be included in
the 2012 CCC. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
- Determination letters will be mailed by April 2012. Please
note that agencies whose applications are approved must apply in
February 2013 to participate the 2013-2014 campaigns.
- If you are a charity that participated in the 2011 campaign, you do NOT need to apply to participate in the 2012 campaign. Download and reference the 2011 participating agencies directory to see if you are already a participating agency.
